This file contains the list of genes for which the expression was found varying between different pair wise comparisons, called as differentially expressed genes. The description of different fields given in the file is as below;
Gene Symbol: refers to the HUGO gene symbol
Mean Expression: refers to the mean expression level of the gene across all arrays
SD: refers to the standard deviation in mean expression levels
CV: refers to the variation in gene expression across all arrays
EST call: refers to the EST based “H”, “M” or “W” expression call for genes
FC(Min): refers to the minimum fold change difference exhibited by the gene in different pair wise comparisons
FC(Max): refers to the maximum fold change difference exhibited by the gene indifferent pair wise comparisons

This file contains the list of genes for which the Mean Expression and CV are included in EXPOLDB. The description of different fields given in the file is as below;
Gene Symbol: refers to the HUGO gene symbol
Mean expression: refers to the mean expression level of the gene across all arrays
CV: refers to the variation in gene expression across all arrays
EST call: refers to the EST based “H”, “M” or “W” expression call for genes
